To qualify, you must complete a Divergence Immersive Program. To sponsor, you define the project—we handle the rest.

  • Help align systems with ISO 27001, ISO 42001, and CMMC
  • Assist with risk registers, internal audits, and policy reviews
  • Deliver pre-audit documentation (SSP, POA&M, more)
  • Contribute to AI governance activities for ISO 42001

HELM interns don’t just learn compliance—they apply it. From ISO frameworks to CMMC readiness and AI governance, our interns contribute to actual client projects that build audit-ready systems, operational documentation, and platform-based control mapping.

CMMC

Assist in preparing documentation and control mapping aligned with CMMC Levels 1–2 for defense contractors. They support gap analysis, SSP/POA&M development, and readiness workflows under NIST 800-171.

ISO 42001

Contribute to building AI governance frameworks, risk registers, and impact assessments aligned with ISO 42001. They use GPT-powered tools to draft policies and map controls across emerging AI systems.

ISO 27001

Help design, document, and operationalize ISO 27001 controls, including asset inventories, access management, and incident response workflows. They work within GRID42 or client systems to support audit readiness.

SECURE CONTROLS FRAMEWORK

Assist in crosswalking SCF controls to other standards like NIST, ISO, and CMMC. They build and maintain compliance matrices, evidence libraries, and internal control documentation to support unified security governance.
