Our Team

The team is a dedicated group of educators, technologists, and career specialists committed to empowering learners with the skills needed to thrive in AI, cybersecurity, and emerging tech fields. They bring deep industry experience and a passion for guiding career transitions, especially for veterans and career changers.

President & CEO

As an early-stage developer, he produced complex, large-scale transactional systems that applied various tree-based algorithms. By embracing risk-based assessments and machine learning models, he now thrives in the world of machine learning, understanding the intricacies of pipeline jungles and hidden feedback loops.

Kingsley served 21 years in the U.S. Air Force, retiring as a Wounded Warrior and Bronze Star recipient. His background includes law enforcement and a special duty as a Career Assistance Advisor. A graduate of the Cybersecurity Penetration Tester and Data Science Immersive programs, he now supports learners as a Student Success Advisor, guiding career planning and connecting alumni to Divergence’s tiered, competency-based learning ecosystem.

Program Manager, Learning Products

Michelle Adling oversees all campus learning products at Divergence Academy, including CourseKey, Microsoft 365, Canvas, and Populiweb. She manages the full lifecycle of learner support—from provisioning new students into cohorts to ensuring a smooth transition through graduation. Michelle plays a key role in maintaining and monitoring the systems that power our learning experience.

Program Manager, Enrollments

Mayank Ankaraju is the Program Manager for Enrollments at Divergence Academy and a Lead Test Administrator at Euler Center. With five years of experience in admissions operations and VA School Certifying Official (SCO) responsibilities, he specializes in guiding students through funding pathways and program onboarding. Mayank also oversees secure exam delivery for professional and government-aligned certifications. He is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Dallas, with a long-term interest in space policy and innovation.
